I personally flavour web hosting plan that come with live chat support, beside the standard email ticket support and phone support. Reason is that, phone support are subject to long phone conversation, and some technical issue is not best discuss via phone conversation. For email ticket support, this is the dinasaurs in the hosting industry, although its the most preliminary and basic suppor that you can get, its response time is snail slow and subject to hours or day of waiting. What i want is instant attention and instant technical support, and only the live chat technical support able to deliver this.
